“SixS Sports brings a structured, scientific approach to athlete development that aligns perfectly with our mission to empower students from all backgrounds. This partnership is about unlocking the true potential of every child, not just in sport, but in confidence, discipline, and opportunity.” - Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society (KRIES)
SixS Sports is proud to partner with the Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society (KRIES) in a groundbreaking initiative that integrates high-performance sports development into some of the state’s most mission-driven educational campuses. KRIES, known for running Morarji Desai, Kittur Rani Chennamma, and other premier residential schools aimed at students from SC/ST and rural backgrounds, has long prioritized access, equity, and holistic education. This collaboration takes that vision further, by embedding sports science and athlete development directly into their educational framework.
The partnership focuses on creating structured, long-term pathways for talented students in KRIES institutions to pursue excellence in sport alongside academics. SixS Sports will implement its full-stack development model, including biomechanics screenings, cognitive training, strength and conditioning, and mental wellness modules, across select residential schools as part of a phased rollout. This ensures that even students from the most remote districts of Karnataka receive access to elite sports support systems on par with national academies.
Coaches and physical education staff at KRIES schools will also receive training through SixS’s upskilling programs, equipping them with tools in injury prevention, youth athlete management, and sport-specific conditioning. This creates a sustainable knowledge ecosystem within the institutions themselves, ensuring long-term impact beyond the initial intervention.
A critical component of this partnership is the integration of SixS’s Brain Training Lab protocols, adapted to rural settings, to improve attention, focus, reaction speed, and emotional regulation in young athletes. Combined with academic mentoring and structured progression routes, this model supports not just better athletes, but more confident, resilient students.
This collaboration between SixS and KRIES isn’t just about medals or match results, it’s about transforming potential into possibility. It’s about giving every student, regardless of background, the opportunity to dream, train, and thrive with dignity and direction.
Together, SixS Sports and KRIES are setting a bold precedent for what inclusive, high-quality sports education can and should look like in public institutions across India.
